He was admitted to practice law in California in 1979.Mr. Remery has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, probate, conservatorships, estate planning, elder law, Medi-Cal planning, trust administration, civil litigation and general transactional work. In addition to numerous complex estate administrations his experience includes prosecution and defense of will and trust contests, heirship litigation, accounting disputes, fee disputes, creditor claim disputes and contested civil and family law matters.

Over the course of her practice, Jacquelynn's practice areas have organically began to focus on the personal legal needs of young families, entrepreneurs and entertainers/professional athletes.
A strong understanding of the business aspects of entertainment and athlete agreements lends itself to better advice with regard to prenuptial/antenuptial agreements, estate planning, and small business ownership, particularly low-budget film production companies. Her strong passion for protecting children and families has led her to advocate strongly the importance of advance planning, especially guardianship nominations and powers of attorney.
